Hey, I get it — I’m ADHD, I know time can slip away. But please respect my time, too. Communication is key! If you’re running late, let me know ASAP. I’m flexible within reason, but no-shows or ghosting past 30 minutes might forfeit your retainer. Let’s treat each other kindly, yeah?

Sure — I love animals and I’m down for the unusual. But please, manage your kids and furry companions so no one eats my lens or chews my lighting cords. I promise to keep the energy fun and welcoming, but I’m not a pet or child wrangler.

Because retainers keep the calendar goblins away! (Also, they lock in your date so I can focus on your project instead of juggling flaky bookings.) Retainers are credited toward your final invoice, but non-refundable if you vanish without warning.

Bring all your questions, ideas, props, wardrobe options, Pinterest boards, and random sketches on napkins — really, bring it all. I’m here to help you refine, polish, and make the best ideas shine. When in doubt, pack it. You never know what creative gold we can build together.

Text, socials, email, Google Docs, interpretive dance… as long as we keep a consistent thread, I’m good. My goal is clear, easy communication — we’ll figure out what works best for you.

Nope, sorry. RAW files are like my secret sauce — they stay with me. But you’ll get beautiful, fully edited, high-resolution images or audio that you’re licensed to use as we agree. If you truly need a special file type, let’s talk before the shoot.

I love my people, and I’ll do what I reasonably can — but boundaries are boundaries. I’m always happy to talk about budget, but please respect that this is my livelihood. At the end of the day, I gotta eat too, and you’re here because you value what I do.

Final files are stored for 90 days after project delivery. Need them later? Let’s chat about archival storage options, or consider a backup drive for peace of mind.

If a legit act of nature, illness, or a spaceship crash happens, let’s talk and reschedule safely. Nobody should risk health or safety. I’ll always do my best to adapt if the universe goes sideways.
